100% professional friendly and always willing to help and assist.
Kept me and my wife upto date on all which was going on in our purchase.
The staff was very friendly always had time for us and was not pushing us for a decision.

I visited Geoffrey Collings & Co one Saturday morning as I was beginning my search for my forever home. I met with Jo to register my details and begin the process and once a property was found I met with Lauren during my first viewing and from then on both ladies were faultless in their helping me through the process.
I had many a question and multiple visits to the property during the time and both were accommoding without any fuss and both these ladies were a pleasure to deal with.
From a professional point of view, I was kept in loop from a buyers point of view and they facilitated messages between myself and the seller in a timely and accurate manner.
From a personal point of view, both were extremely pleasant to meet with and this removed any pressures or concerns I may have had during the purchase.
From offer acceptance, to completion, it took 3 months and 2 days and I would recommend the team at Geoffrey Collings & Co without hesitation.

Ernest helped me to secure my perfect little house, answering my multiple questions and resolving any issues that I had quickly. He was readily available to show me the house at short notice, and made the experience as stress free as possible.
David was later on hand and very supportive when I needed help right at the end.

We recently chose Geoffrey Collins to market and find a tenant for our empty shop in Holbeach. Throughout the process Kathleen has been excellent, keeping us upto date with interest and arranging viewings at times that we too could attend. Kathleen first helped me find a home for my eldest and I when I was just 19 years old. Kathleen was and still is very welcoming, understanding and kind everything I needed after just having a baby. When my marriage broke down and I needed another home Kathleen again was there with her kind words, finding me a home literally across the road from my parents too. Finally, my eldest hit an age where he wanted a room of his own and again Kathleen helped us find a home that suited what we needed. No matter where I am in life Kathleen has always been not only a person I can rely on but also a great and kind lady as well as a fantastic estate agent.

Me and my partner were first-time renters and decided to use Geoffrey Collings & Co. All I can say is if you want professional, responsive, and hassle-free communication, then choose this company! I must mention the amazing woman (Kathleen) who dealt with us from our first viewing to signing our tenancy agreement. She is always there is you need to call and inquire about something you forgot. So friendly and caring and made us feel safe with our first rental. Never dealt with the young man in charge of sales (Ernst), but every time we went in to see Kathleen, he was always friendly and helpful (just as you would expect from local independent estate agents). Honestly, if you want someone who is genuine and caring and takes away all the confusing bits, choose this company and (ask to deal with Kathleen). One word: Amazing.

Carrie and Ernest did a fantastic job with the sale of my late father's property. They quickly found us a buyer and were supportive throughout the whole process. I have had the pleasure of dealing with the Long Sutton branch and I must say they have a great team of very friendly, helpful, kind and professional people. I must express my sincere thanks to David ,Carrie and Ernest. I dealt with Ernest a great deal of the time. He is so knowledgeable and really knows his job and he is a great communicator.
He kept me informed every step of the way through the whole tedious process of house buying and selling. Nothing was ever too much trouble and all the staff went that extra mile.
